Junior Customer Success Agent (Morning Shift)

At Evolution, We are looking for a Morning Shift Junior Customer Success Agent who can handle incoming support requests and external communication in our business group.


  • Location: Dokki
  • Experience Needed: 0 To 3 Years
  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

  • Working Hours:  9 AM to 6 PM - 9 hours X 5 days a week
    + 2 hours remotely on Saturdays


Position Summary:


  • Responsible for all support and sales activities.
  • Answering all incoming support requests & sales leads conversations on all comm channels.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about various products and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs.
  • Customer care, which follows the sale, may include solving issues, as well as exploring the possibility of further sales.
  • Operational and organizational support.


Job Requirements:


  • C1 English level.
  • Proficiency in writing in Modern Standard Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A high level of digital proficiency & communication.
  • Must be a highly process-driven salesperson.
  • Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive communication approach.
  • Adaptive mindset, someone who is not afraid to do things differently.
  • Assertive yet empathetic, not afraid to engage in difficult conversations.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
  • Data-driven and can think “outside the box” when finding solutions to identify the win/win. Takes on additional duties as assigned.
  • Must have your own Laptop.


Responsibilities:


  • Promotes and accelerate sales for services and products.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Manage tasks to organize and prioritize daily and weekly sales goals.
