We are looking for a Senior Sound Engineer who can lead creative and technical audio functions with confidence. If you excel in Pro Tools, mixing, and studio operations — and you’re ready to guide junior engineers while delivering top-tier sound — this role is the perfect fit.

Location: Dokki

Experience Needed: 3 to 5 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced recording, editing, and mixing for all production categories.
  • Manage complex VO and multi-track sessions with full creative and technical ownership.
  • Perform high-level sound design and Foley, bringing creativity to scenes through sound and music elements.
  • Oversee session preparation, metadata, formats, exports, and delivery workflows.
  • Direct talent in-session and coordinate seamlessly with producers, directors, and clients.
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to studio standards and best practices.
  • Resolve technical issues quickly, including cabling, routing, hardware, and I/O challenges.
  • Guarantee that all deliverables meet the highest quality benchmarks and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Pro Tools, with advanced skills in recording and professional miking techniques, alongside high-level editing and mixing capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of mixing theory, acoustics, and professional workflows.
  • Strong experience with metadata, audio formats, delivery specs, and archiving systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities for hardware, cabling, routing, and I/O.
  • Excellent communication, leadership qualities, and strong client-handling confidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
  • A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong creative instincts.
