Evolution is expanding its audio team, and we’re looking for a Junior Sound Engineer who’s ready to grow, learn, and contribute to high-quality productions. If you’re confident with Pro Tools, comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment, and eager to sharpen your skills, we’d love to meet you.

Location: Dokki

Experience Needed: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, edit, and mix audio across various project types, ensuring clean and polished output.
• Assist in sound design tasks and contribute creative ideas when needed.
• Organize, prepare, and manage sessions and assets within Pro Tools efficiently.
• Operate and maintain studio equipment to ensure seamless recording sessions.
• Handle metadata, file formats, exports, and accurate archiving of sessions.
• Troubleshoot basic studio challenges, including cabling and I/O issues.
• Deliver audio files on time, adhering to all technical and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Pro Tools (recording, editing, session setup).
• Foundational knowledge of mixing principles, metadata, and audio formats.
• Familiarity with studio signal flow and basic cabling, and I/O troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-moving projects.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn and improve.
