We are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist who is creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation. If you have a strong sense of trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and especially know how to shoot, think, and edit Reels, this role is a great opportunity to grow.

  • Experience Needed: 0 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and scheduling content across social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content ideas aligned with brand tone and strategy.
  • Shoot, develop concepts for, and edit Reels (from idea to execution).
  • Support in content planning and monthly calendars.
  • Write captions and assist with basic copywriting.
  • Monitor engagement, messages, and comments, and report insights.
  • Stay up to date with trends, especially in short-form video content.
  • Coordinate with designers and the marketing team when needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong ability to create Reels (filming, ideation, and editing).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Basic skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
