We are looking for a Line Producer to oversee all aspects of our productions. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of production and audio production workflows, and scheduling. If you thrive in managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Location: Dokki
  • Experience Needed: 0 To 1 Year
  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Working Hours:  9 AM to 6 PM - 9 hours X 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the budgeting, scheduling, and daily operations of audio productions.
  • Coordinate between sound engineers, voice-over artists, directors, and other production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Oversee recording sessions, post-production timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts with talent, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the production.
  • Solve on-the-spot production challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of audio production workflows, including recording, editing, and post-production.
  • Budgeting and scheduling skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing production needs.
  • A proactive, "get it done" mindset.
